Terms are as follows
One half of cost of
painting will be retained by me to begin the project. I will
communicate several times throughout progress of the painting
to make sure you are completely satisfied with the finished painting.
The remaining balance plus shipping would then be paid and hopefully
I'll have a happy customer.
